In particular Esco must be certified according to the UNI CEI 11352 and the energy manager according to the UNI CEI 11339.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<section class='av_toggle_section av-av_toggle-8ec29980d73b631ff50e8e75ca2e31de'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div role=\"tablist\" class=\"single_toggle\" data-tags=\"{All} \"  ><p id='toggle-toggle-id-8' data-fake-id='#toggle-id-8' class='toggler  av-title-above '  itemprop=\"headline\"  role='tab' tabindex='0' aria-controls='toggle-id-8' data-slide-speed=\"200\" data-title=\"As it should be performed by energy audit? There are requirements to be met?<span class=\"toggle_icon\"><span class=\"vert_icon\"><\/span><span class=\"hor_icon\"><\/span><\/span><\/p><div id='toggle-id-8' aria-labelledby='toggle-toggle-id-8' role='region' class='toggle_wrap  av-title-above'  ><div class='toggle_content invers-color '  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>The energy audit must conform to the dictates of Schedule 2 to the decree legislativo102 \/ 2014. This requirement is met if the diagnosis is in compliance with the minimum criteria contained in the technical standards UNI CEI EN16247 parts 1 to 4, and still respects the signs that will be provided by ENEA.<\/p>\n<p>For the fulfillment of the obligation under Article 8 of D.Lgs.102 \/ 2014, the term &#8220;diagnosis&#8221; and &#8220;audit&#8221; are considered synonymous.<\/p>\n<p>Near to the district heating and CAR<\/p>\n<p>The company has to make a diagnosis that contains a technical and economic evaluation and environmental on the use of cogenerated heat or the connection to the local district heating, if the plants for high efficiency cogeneration and \/ or district heating are in range 1 km from the site subject of diagnosis.<\/p>\n<p>For longer distances, where there are technical-economic and environmental benefits, the company can still diagnose including aspects related to cogeneration and district heating cogeneration and district heating.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<section class='av_toggle_section av-av_toggle-8a3c2b23a37fd6c88e2dfee16d3627b6'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div role=\"tablist\" class=\"single_toggle\" data-tags=\"{All} \"  ><p id='toggle-toggle-id-9' data-fake-id='#toggle-id-9' class='toggler  av-title-above '  itemprop=\"headline\"  role='tab' tabindex='0' aria-controls='toggle-id-9' data-slide-speed=\"200\" data-title=\"How long is an energy audit? It has its deadline?<span class=\"toggle_icon\"><span class=\"vert_icon\"><\/span><span class=\"hor_icon\"><\/span><\/span><\/p><div id='toggle-id-9' aria-labelledby='toggle-toggle-id-9' role='region' class='toggle_wrap  av-title-above'  ><div class='toggle_content invers-color '  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>The diagnosis performed prior to 5 December 2015, provided they meet the minimum criteria in Annex 2 , have validity of 4 years from the date of preparation of the energy audit report and may be validly lodged , for the performance of &#8216; obligation .\u00a0If the date of expiry is before 5 December 2015, to make a new diagnosis.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequent diagnosis<\/p>\n<p>The diagnosis must be submitted after the first four years elapsed from the submission of the previous year, in order to respect the maximum of four years as required by regulation . shall be subject to administrative fine ranging from \u20ac 4,000 to \u20ac 40,000.<\/p>\n<p>The penalty does not exempt from performing the diagnosis that must still be communicated to ENEA within
